Verified Clinical Trials Announced as a Finalist in Best Sponsor-Focused Technological Development in 2019 Clinical & Research Excellence Awards

Garden City, NY. March 5th2019–Verified Clinical Trials has been named a finalist in “Best Sponsor-Focused Technological Development”  in the CARE Awards, which recognize outstanding work across the global clinical research enterprise. The 2019 winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday, 2 May at the Hyatt Regency Boston, MA, where we gather distinguished leaders in the biopharmaceutical, CRO, and diagnostic industries from all corners of the globe.

Verified Clinical Trials (VCT) is the world’s largest global research subject database registry to prevent duplicate subjects in clinical trials research. Verified Clinical Trials helps eliminate professional research subjects and improves research subject safety and data quality. VCT is used across all phases of clinical trials research and multiple therapeutic indications.  While reducing placebo rates and adverse events, VCT saves the sponsor, CRO, and site time and money by preventing poor quality research subjects from entering the trial at the time of screening and continues the protection for the entire duration of the trial.

The CARE Awards 2019 features 11 categories, which showcase significant accomplishments and highlight innovation across the industry – from rare disease drug development and patient centricity in trials and research, to product and technological development, clinical results and collaborative efforts between individuals, departments, or companies. Entries are judged independently by a panel of experts from all core sectors of the clinical R&D industry.

Kerri Weingard, ANP, COO of Verified Clinical Trials stated, “We are honored to be considered in this illustrious group of life science companies as a candidate for these awards for excellence. VCT was developed to enhance the safety and quality of clinical trials research and has grown significantly worldwide.  We are proud of the product and the excellent customer service we deliver every day.”

Mitchell D. Efros MD FACS, CEO/President of Verified Clinical Trials added, “it is a testament to the excellent offering and fantastic customer support that VCT has developed to be nominated for this award.  VCT has changed the way research is conducted by creating a global research subject database registry.  Our global footprint continues to expand and encompasses many of the world’s largest and most relevant research sites and pharmaceutical clinical trial sponsors.”
